How many people can The Yorke Arms accommodate? 

The Yorke Arms can accommodate up to 28 people. We have 18 rooms on-site, divided among our Main House, Courtyard and West Wing. Rooms and suites vary in size but the majority are double rooms. Each is individually decorated and can meet different requirements. Please enquire within to find out more about our Yorkshire themed and family-friendly rooms. 

How big is the main dining area? 

Our dining room can be arranged to seat up to 28 people in a formal banqueting setting. We can also arrange the room in boardroom style layout for smaller parties. 

Do we have to use your suppliers? 

We are proud to offer a recommended supplier list of local Yorkshire suppliers that can cater for everything to help your event run smoothly. However, we recognise that you may wish to work with outside suppliers, and are happy to accommodate this as long as they are licensed, legal, and qualified to carry out their services safely. 

Are you licensed to perform wedding ceremonies? 

We are proud to announce that as of 2020 we are now fully licensed to carry out wedding ceremonies. However, there is also the local Ramsgill’s Church should you wish to have a church ceremony.

Can you cater for specific dietary requirements? 

Our on-site chefs are trained to provide for all dietary requirements. We can offer a variety of menus that can be adapted to suit all dietary requirements. 

Is The Yorke Arms pet-friendly? 

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets at The Yorke Arms.  

Is there parking on-site? 

We offer ample parking on-site and around the local village green for you and your guests. 

Do you provide free WiFi? 

We provide free WiFi as part of your stay, ideal for corporate events. 

Is The Yorke Arms accessible? 

The Yorke Arms is an 18th century building and as such some areas may be difficult to access. Where possible, we can provide ramps or alternative entrances. Please let us know if there are any wheelchair users and we will accommodate your needs accordingly.
